Retail / Grocery

Refrigerated-Case Trenching & Pour-Back

Scope: Sawcutting, concrete demolition, excavation, backfill, forming, and pour-back for refrigerated-case and equipment floor modifications.
Environment: Active retail renovation / schedule-sensitive work, often phased or after-hours.
WDG Role: Defined package execution and field construction support under GC direction.

Retail Renovation

Occupied Retail Renovation Support

Scope: Interior finish updates, phased remodel support, dust/floor protection awareness, and punchlist detail work in operating store environments.
Environment: High-traffic or partially occupied retail conditions.
WDG Role: Field execution and renovation support coordinated with store operations and GC schedule.

Framing

Commercial Framing Packages

Scope: Wood framing and/or cold-formed metal framing packages including walls, partitions, openings, backing, and related plan-defined assemblies.
Environment: Commercial, multifamily, hospitality, and TI projects depending on documents.
WDG Role: Package estimating, field supervision, layout, and installation based on project requirements.

Steel / Metals

Structural Steel & Miscellaneous Metals

Scope: Structural members, erection scope, stairs/rails/platforms and related miscellaneous metals, plus welding and field fabrication coordination as required.
Environment: Commercial and industrial/specialty projects with drawing-defined metals scopes.
WDG Role: Defined package coordination and field execution; engineering/certification requirements handled with qualified partners when required.

Closeout

Punchlist & Closeout Packages

Scope: Deficiency-list execution, inspection corrections, finish repairs, cleanup, and turnover readiness support.
Environment: Late-project conditions with compressed schedules and stacked inspections.
WDG Role: Dedicated closeout crews and organized progress communication to the GC.

GC Support

Project Execution Support

Scope: Superintendent support, supplemental skilled crews, trade coordination, schedule recovery, and project takeover assistance.
Environment: Projects under manpower, leadership, or schedule pressure.
WDG Role: Operational capacity and field leadership under GC direction — not staffing theater.

WDG performs defined scopes under GC direction. Engineering, licensed-trade work, and certified fabrication requirements are coordinated with appropriately qualified partners when required by the contract documents.
